| Sunburn | The description of the problem: Sunburn is damage of your skin after exposure to the sun's UV rays (or those of a tanning bed) for a long time. The first symptoms of the sunburn are redness, warm and hurt when touching. The symptoms of a very serious sunburn are extreme redness, swelling and blisters, nausea or chills are available sometimes. Sunburns occur within 1 to 24 hours after the skin’s intensive exposure to the sun and last for one to three days.
Essential oils used for treatment: Chamomile, Lavender.
The treatment: Use a few drops of essential oil in the combination with a carrier oil for the light and gentle massage of the affected area. Have a warm bath with 10 drops of essential oil and soak for fifteen minutes or until the feeling of relief appears.
