| Stress | The description of the problem: Stress is a reaction to an emotional, mental or physical stimulus that upsets the body's natural balance.

The treatment: Use a few drops of essential oil in the combination with a carrier oil for the massage around the neck, back and shoulders. Have a warm bath with 10 drops of essential oil and soak for fifteen minutes.
