The description of the problem: Insomnia is the persistent loss of sleep, which repeats every night. People who suffer from it, can not fall asleep when you go to bed, or have a difficulty to get back to sleep when you wake up. Insomnia can appear as a result of breathing problems, depression or caffeine consumption, stress and physical pain. The disease is not as harmless as it may seem to be.

Essential oils used for treatment: Chamomile, Lavender.

The treatment:  Have a warm bath with approximately 10 drops of essential oil and soak for fifteen minutes. (it is good before bed, not in the middle of the night!). Put a drop or two of essential oil on your pillow to inhale it. Use a few drops of essential oil in the combination with a carrier oil for the massage of the back, neck, temples, etc.
