The description of the problem: Constipation appears when waste products move too slowly through the large bowel and are painful and infrequently eliminated. It appears as the result of hurried meals, lack of exercise, low roughage and stress.
Essential oils used for treatment: Basil, Majoram, Rosemary.
The treatment: Take a warm bath with 10 drops of essential oil and soak for 15 minutes. Use essential oil in the combination with a carrier oil or fragrance and lanolin free skin cream for the massage of the abdomen.
Safety Issues: Consult a doctor, if constipation appears often.
