The description of aroma: Much richer in aroma than ground cinnamon. Peppery, spicy, earthy, bright yet slightly woodsy.

Safety Issues: It is mucous membrane irritant and strong skin sensitizer. Don’t use if you suffer from alcoholism, hemophilia, prostate cancer, kidney and liver problems and if taking anticoagulants. Use only the oil from the leaf. The oil from the bark is too hazardous.
